Pachira Smart Ring

This is my first time trying a smart ring, and the Pachira delivered a premium feel right out the box. The packaging was clean and well thought out, giving that high-end first impression.The ring itself looks sharp with the dual 14K gold inlays. I went with size 10, and while it fits, I’d say the sizing runs a little small. If you’re in between sizes, consider going up.I mainly use it for sleep and recovery tracking, and it’s been super comfortable, especially overnight. Compared to my Apple Watch, this is way less intrusive while still giving me most of the same insight. It syncs with Apple Health, which I like, but so far it hasn’t contributed to closing my activity rings in the Fitness app. Hopefully that gets addressed in a future update.Battery life has been solid. I’ve gone nearly a week without needing to recharge. No issues with water either, wore it washing dishes and during a sweaty gym session with no problems.If you want a sleek and comfortable way to track sleep, stress, and basic fitness without another screen or monthly subscription, this is a strong entry into the smart ring space.

This is the best health ring ever. I am absolutely loving my new health ring. It tracks everything from the time you wake up and even while you're sleeping. I had no idea I was waking up so much at night. My heart rate, o2, steps everything but my blood pressure. This little gadget is easy to charge. It's easy to Bluetooth to your phone.

My Oura usually needed charging every 4–5 days.Where Oura still has an edge is in the sleep and readiness insights. The Oura app really breaks things down in detail. But I love that the Pachira throws in extras like Remote Photo Control, Find My Ring, and Female Health Reminders, which Oura doesn’t have.Overall, I’d say if you want the absolute deepest analytics, Oura is still king. But if you’re after a stylish, comfortable smart ring with solid health tracking, longer battery life, and some handy smart features, the Pachira is a fantastic alternative with a much lower price.

Such a neat little gadget. Stylish enough to not look too out of place, but one would never guess that it also doubles up as a fitness tracker. I appreciate that it's both waterproof and dustproof so I don't have to worry about having to constantly take it off throughout the day, and it's advertised to go up to 7 days which is solid as it should match if not exceed other fitness wearables that I've used which have mainly been watches.Comparing the steps counted to what my watch tracker recorded, after roughly 4,000 steps; there was only a small variance of about 100 steps between the two, and so I'm satisfied with the accuracy of the ring. The app that it comes with is nice as well as pairing was quick and once paired, it gives some helpful insights around your physical activity throughout each day, sleep quality, blood oxygen levels, stress, heart rate, and other fun insights all from a simple lightweight ring.
